I'm just wondering, how can you stick feathers onto a dress? Here's the reference picture:

The middle picture of the black dress?

I would make the feathers info the wing shape then attach them on with some sort of support built into the back of the dress.

I'm pretty sure you can just sew feathers on with a sewing machine.
Or you could hand sew it xD

Fabric glue is amazing for feathers Very Happy

Although for that you might want to attach them to something which has like a belt or ties you can then use to attach it to yourself. Easier to deal with afterwards that way, and you don't have to worry about ruining the dress if you make a mistake.
