See I'm just going to have to go and say Akio Ohtori from Revolutionary Girl Utena or alternatively Touga Kiryu of the same series. Sometimes you think the series exists just so they can have their shirts burst open to reveal their wide expansive chests and rippling abs while Akio drives his sexy car at impossible speeds.

As for female characters, I am quite fond of Rider from Fate/Stay Night. Although I much prefer Rin Tohsaka's look in terms of personal preference.
