Well probably that cause it looks like A.B.A's outfit is made of that or something close, but I really can't find it anywhere D=

most of the ABA cosplays i've seen just use normal cotton/drill to make it match the gauze bandages more... it'd be more cost effective?

Yes you can get white vinyl, just don't ask me where I saw it. You may want to expand your search to include leather and furnishing fabric shops as well. However it may not have the same ease of movement? Maybe try thinner stuff if possible. I also remember the stretch fabric from neimhaille's outfit at armaggedon which looked different on her compared to in your hand. I at least would not have guessed. So at least look at other possibilities.
