Where on earth can she be?

So I want to do a Carmen Sandiego costume - and reference images are not coming to me, no matter how hard I call them and promise them sweet sweet love. There's not enough variation in her costumes to concern me too much about inaccuracies, but does anybody have a copy of any of the games or the cartoon they could either screencap or lend? I would LOVE the cartoon, if anybody's feeling generous...what I'm most curious about is her feet. For some reason I thought she had red boots, but no far Google says I'm wrong - DISPUTE GOOGLE ANYONE?

I think her boots may be brown. I don't remember. I don't think I ever remember seeing her boots.

I loved the game, but loved the cartoon more. I had a hunt for dvds a while back, no region 4s but I might work around that for posterity's sake...

I just did a google image search, and it shows her boots as being Black....hmmm

Have you searched for Fan-sites....I assure you there are some out there...many have caps...I would think...lol

Yeah - the googlepics I found don't match what I have in my head, which is why I want to cross check. And I will check for fansites...I promise...I just like aking you guys first! Also, my google-fu is pretty failtastic.

We have the game - got it for the Chibi. I don't think we ever got it to install properly though.

I was mistaken for Carmen Sandeigo about twenty BILLION times when I cosplayed Alucard. Clearly wasn't up to scratch sweatdrop

ILU! I *knew* there wasa high-heeled version somewhere...I'm so glad I wasn't hallucinating, lol! I want to do a 40's gangster sort of thing with super high heels and a tiny tiny waist...I'll need a corset and crutches, but hey Very Happy

On the cartoon most of the time Carmen wore Black "high-heels" if she wore her over-coat. Also she had a pair of short red shorts on underneath (she had bare legs most of the time).
(I saw every episode when it was on TV here >_>;)

From memory she wore a red jersey (or something similar) and red pants, but very rarely. She wore black boots which nearly reached her knees for that.

I have some of the computer games stored away. The very first is dated 1985. orz
