Ivy Valentine...halp?

Okay, so I found this cosplayer who did an Ivy Valentine costume. I love Ivy, and would like to cosplay her, but let's face it - the woman has a LOT OF BOOB. I'm not up to flashing my entire chest at the world, so want to go for one of her more demure (well, relatively...) outfits, and I found this:

I have never seen this costume before! It isn't from I, II or III - so I am assuming it is from IV. Can anybody confirm this? And is it 1p, 2p, 3p? Or is it an original?

Yup. The Tira cosplayer's username on coscom is marlessa, lot of great pcs of these two costumes.

Wow, he's good! Normally I can pick up really easy on crossplayers. Crossdar you hath failed me!!
