a question about styling~

just a quick question about styling wig, i'm considering curling a wig myself since i couldnt find the right wig anywhere >.< so i thought that i might try this technique

but is it safe to use plastic rollers in wigs?

Well, I haven't tried heating my wigs yet. But from what I've heard and seen, it can be very disastrous. But as long as you're careful its fine.

sure~ tho im not quite sure just when exactly im going to attempt the curling but i'll probably get the wig in another couple of months. i'll definitely tell u how it went afterwards!

Hehe, I just used that tutorial! I found that blowdrying the fibre didn't do jack - I got impatient and used hot water; worked like a charm. I used velcro rollers, with mixed results - some got all tangled, and when I tried taking them out the fibre got all frizzy and gross. But other curls ended up absolutely perfect :) I found the worst part was when the hair didn't stay in the middle of the roller. If it got wrapped around the ends that's where it all went fubar.
