Auckland cosplay ball || Doujin overload ||

I just wanted to make an announcement saying I am planning on holding a masked cosplay ball the night before/after/of Doujin Overload which is on the 25th of July. So I want you all to try extra hard to come up, mmkay?? D8<<

I'm still looking in on details & a venue is not set. However, if the venue permits there will be a time allotted for live performances done by cosplayers. {Is shamelessly stealing WCBs ideas. ILYGAIZ, YOU LOOKED LIKE YOU HAD SO MUCH FUN. I WOULD'VE ASKED BEFORE STEALING... SEPT I DON'T THINK ANY OF YOU ORGANISERS ARE ONLINE... Forgive me! ;-;} So yes, contact me via PM if you can play a musical instrument or have something in mind.

I'm sure everyone will be bouncing ideas at me for what we can do.... So I'll be posting a summary at a later date about the ideas we all have~ Maybe you'll all try extra extra hard to come up then, neh? BECAUSE I LOVE YOU ALL, I WANT YOU TO COME. GUILLLTT TRIIIP. ;DDD

I have two very close friends who don't cosplay/watch anime/read manga who will be attending dressed up. So if you know anyone who may want to do that, that is fine.

So yes, advanced notice so you may all start on finding/making cosplays.
I will forgive you for wearing formal wear or a semi-formal cosplay if you truely have nothing~ :3 <333

(Though hmm... I wear glasses? D8 -does not like contacts- wearing a mask over glasses would prove difficult... And who to cosplay... Tempted to recycle my moogle cosplay and be a fancy moogle since I have the perfect dress for it~ xD)

I might be cheap and wear what I'm wearing to DO, hahah - a kimono get up - I'll make me a matching mask. >w<

Hahaha, I have two Kimono - though one I need to make a juban for before I can wear it - maybe I'll wear the other, more formal kimono for the Ball - I did originally make it for last year's Ball that never happened...
