So, I heard form a friend that Harvey Norman is having a special. One of their Brother machines are on sale for $168... or so I heard. Since HN's website says "new catalouge coming soon", would anyone know anything about this? Apparently it only lasts till the weekend too....

The Brother BM-2600 is on sale for $168. The BM-3600 is on sale for about $269, if I remember correctly.
At Harvey Norman~ they're having a clearance sale~ grab them quick because apparently it only lasts until Sunday~
