i need to cover up an eyebrow for my cosplay but i don't wanna shave it off.
anyideas i also need to be able to write something on top once its covered.
help much appreciated whee

p.s im cosplaying free from soul eater if your wondering why i need to shave my eyebrow

You can use vasaline or soap to flatten your eyebrows to your skin by rubbing and smoothing it over them (in the direction the hair grows out), then put concealer/foundation and powder over that.
