Basic sailor uniform?

ok, it sounds a little daft, but i can't find a way to do your standard sailor uinform, like on momiji from furuba and many many other characters...

I can't find a pattern at all and i have nil sewing skill, so does anyone know a good one?
I'm cosplaying Sealand from Axis Powers Hetalia (obscure, i know) and its just a basic outfit that looks like this
Any ideas? Sorry to bother you all!

I have a couple of tutorial pages saved, but I'm not on my laptop right now... I'll put them up when I can? =3

There's a sailor collar pattern here but I haven't downloaded it, so I don't know how good it is ^^;

How much sewing experience do you have? I have *a* method worked out, but it's kinda hard to describe without using a fair bit of goddamn sewing jargon. It's also not that great XP If you have time/money, have a look through the costume sections in pattern books - the cheerleader section usually has a sailor-style top, butI've only seen it in kids' sizes. Easy enough to scale up, though :)

uh...im not that good with sewing myself...but i could definitely get someone else to help me with terms and stuff. Its not that im terrible but i have an aeons old machine, it broke today when i was THREADING the darn thing! but that would be a huge help *hugs*

My friend who cosplayed Natsuo bought a pattern from a Chearleading uniform and used that. (She then lent it to a Youji and Ritsuka cosplayer too xD).
