Hey guys I'm a first time cosplayer located in Auckland and I was thinking of going to Armageddon 2014 as Ouma Shu from the anime Guilty Crown but I need help trying to make a fairly large sword. I was thinking of using expanding foam as an initial layer before paper mache to help solidify it but any tips/advice would be great :)
