Wowsers, Updating this now c:

So AuckGeddon came and went and I only got to wear 3 out of the 4 costumes I brang. Totes sucks when the zip for your cosplay breaks the morning you're wearing it! So Ranka never got worn unfortunately. For next year my boyfriend is actually joining in on the cosplay action! So i'll be teaching him how to sew so he can make a few of his own.

Here's what I did ~~this~~ last year:

Lili - Tekken (I'm making this one, it's the bishoujo figure version)

Esther - ni ko kuni
Kyoko - madoka
^i have fabric for most of these fffyeah.

For auckgeddon comp i was going to enter a sakizo beast
But theyre not enterable so I haven't decided what to make yet. I am considering ff7 yuffie, princess peach or some ruffle monster. Or i'll just get lazy and enter Kyoko c:
I can already tell that I'm planning too many things ahaha oh no.

Ohhey. So I had a shoot with my june (999) cosplay that jvca made:

And I am nearly done with my Lili. We also dyed the bf's violet fabric. He was pretty keen on helping lots which was nice.

So angry at that waistband. I tried to add bias for the trim but the curve was too sharp so i appliqued on all the white.

Still left to do:
Make socks
Make cuffs for gloves
Paint trimming on gloves and boots
Make tie and clip
Fix up bits I'm unhappy with
