WELCOME.

I can't lie - I'm terrible at sewing, and doing I.B. (alternative course to NCEA) severely limits my time. However! I'm motivating myself to do some make-up tutorials on here. What kinds of things are you guys keen for?

My ideas are:
- Basic cosplay make-up (What you need, why, how, etc)
- ~~Becoming more masculine with make-up~~ BAM DONE YEAH http://lumissne.blogspot.co.nz/2012/09/masculine-make-up-tutorial.html
- Becoming more feminine with make-up. - Working on it!
- ?!?!?! (WHO KNOWS)

I'd be aiming to give you guys plenty of product info too, though you can always check out my previous product thread here :)

On a second thought, I think I will put the full posts on my blogspot, and post previews on here. Really motivated now, so going to start tomorrow! Think I'll start with the masculine one first - Will keep you all posted!

@Static: I started doing I.B. this year, though I think our school is going to introduce the middle school option at some point.

Man i hope my friends dont see this.. I would be keen to see some of this.. Even tho i am male..I would like to know some ways to bring out the more manly features if its possible.. Im a pretty unshaven manly beast as it is lol...

Maybe tattoo concealing would be my greatest challenge.. as most of my cosplay's have no tattoo's but i am coverd lol

Edit: At the risk of sounding silly, could some of you guys give me feedback? I'd really like to know how understandable it was, were the steps clear, did it answer your questions, etc.

Also, I'm planning to get cracking on the feminine one tomorrow! Then, once I've done that, I'll do decide what really makes a basic cosplay make-up tutorial - Difficult keeping both sexes in mind!

@Jaraxxus - Yo! Since I don't have any tattoos, I really can't help - However, there are literally hundreds of tattoo cover-up tutorials online. I'd check out Dermacolour, which is available at Minifies. While it's a little pricey, it's worth the investment and will do a great job! The reason I'm not advising to use regular foundation is because foundation, at the most, is usually aiming to soften skin and disguise smaller things like pimples or broken veins. Because tattoos are so pigmented, foundation won't cover them very well.

Dude that tutorial is wonderful helpful, the eye diagram for eyeshadow is really great too! They way you've drawn onto your face to show where things are meant to go is definitely good

Update!

Sorry for being so quiet guys, I was away last week and forgot my camera - And recently my eczema has flared up sad

Still, I'll aim to get the basic feminine tutorial up this week :)
