I've never cosplayed before and thought it would be good for a confidence boost.
Do other members feel the same way? The confidence thing?

Welcome to CNZ :)

I cosplayed for the first time at Hamilgeddon this year, and I definitely found it to be a good confidence boost, both through the nice things people said and the satisfaction of knowing I was able to make my costume by myself. I met some lovely people too, though I was still too shy to really make friends with them - I'm hoping to do better at Auckland XD

Yikes, been a while since I checked these forums but thank you guys!
I have a few issues with self confidence and stuff and Im thinking that cosplay would be a huge boost. C:
Currently making a Terezi cosplay (Homestuck) for CHCH armageddon as well!
