Warning I am a total noob.
So I was wondering Its ok to go as an OC?
I was thinking of my character for monochromatic academy a thing that was pretty popular on deviantart for a while.
LOL Is this a stupid thing to ask?

For sure! For sure, O.C's are perfectly cool, as long as you don't describe your whole backstory and stuff like that. A minority of Cosplayers may not like the fact that people cosplay O.C's but just ignor them and do it anyway!

If you mean entering a competition then OC character's aren't allowed. But you can dress as any character you'd like to a convention be it OC or Canon.

hahaha I'm no where near brave enough to enter the competition so I am fine with that.

^ Dont be scared!! It feels perfectly normal to cosplay as soon as you're through the doors. And dont be afraid to cosplay whoever you want!

Its my first time going to Hamilton and I'm so exciting about Hammygeddon this weekend!!

I'm going as Yoko from Gurren Lagenn on the Sat so I'll have a 1.8m long rifle and be kinda scanty clad Razz Its going to be awesome! Hopefully it wont be too cold..
