I can't decide whether I want to go or not. Disturbed will be awesome, but the all-ages thing means lots of hyperactive tweenaged metalheads smuggling booze. Also POD are opening. Bleargh. u__u

Just looking back at your first post, wondering if you knew that Disturbed have played in Christchurch a couple times before, so they knew the south island existed awhile ago, but only Redline opened for them last time, they turned it into one of their music videos, I could see myself for a split second yays! Razz

It was enjoyable.
But after it, I never really liked them again. =/

I was at the Christchurch gig, it was amazing!!!! A few hiccup’s though to my night, at first I was in the mosh, right at the stage but someone I was standing with got punched in the head and these…rude…people started a huge fight, got drenched in booze thanks to a flying DB Draft to the head, then a band of pot smokers made it even more harder to stay there sweatdrop

. Ended up in the stands with my best mates, not before trying to get a drink form a cash till that happened to jam at a bad time, then to sneak past guards who were been tough on seating. Get there just before POD get on stage, only to find another group of potheads, had two 12 years old kids next to me that had one very “trippy” time thanks to them guys. Other then that it was a blast, we and my mate head banged like there was no tomorrow, kept getting tangled in each others long hair, I wish I could of gone backstage and met the band, they so would not of got me away from David naughty

. Can’t wait for them to come back, happily be along for all the madness again!!!
