OH GOD WHAT HAVE WE DONE?!

So, you might have noticed the forums are looking a little trimmer than usual! Don't worry, it's not just you, we modlings have been hard at work pruning some of the forums.

The biggest change you'll find is the introduction of two new subforums CNZ RELATED and DISCUSSION and the loss of RANTS, RANDOM and FORUM GAMES. We've gone through the old subforums and picked out the best, funnest or most interesting of the threads and sorted them for you.

---CNZ RELATED---
You'll find all the fun, community threads relating to CNZ. Mini Rants and Randoms have ended up here. The cosplaying community in New Zealand is pretty awesome, and this is where you get to show it.

---CNZ CHALLENGES---
You see that new subforum? That's something spiffy and new we mods have thought up after the success of things like the Yuletide Tournament. Keep your eye on it for fun events to challenge your mad cosplay skillz.

---DISCUSSION---
Under here are, obviously, topics for discussion! Feel free to join in the topics already there and add your opinion. If there's something you want to talk about that isn't there already, feel free to start a new discussion.

---OTHER NZ EVENTS---
In the Events Subforum this new subforum now covers everything from Au Contraire con to the Auckland Cosplay Picnic. Each thread in this subforum will need a label in it's title such as [AC10] for ease of browsing.

---WIGS & HAIR // MAKE-UP & CROSSPLAY---
Smaller changes you'll see about the place include WIGS & HAIR and MAKE-UP & CROSSPLAY, previously 'Wigs, Hair and make-up' and 'crossplay', and 'Props' and 'Skits' have been merged into PROPS AND PERFORMANCE. This hopefully will make it easier for those of you with questions to find relevant posts! (Questions about contact lenses go in make-up, btw.)

---+LOVE ERRYONE+----
In other exciting news: the post rep system is back! You can now click on the little plus sign on the right hand side of a post to express your approval of it - and with no 'minus' button this time, it'll be good feelings all 'round. (giggity)

---EASIER TO CONTACT US!---
Aside from this, there is now a link to a 'Contact' page at the bottom of every page, so if you get locked out of your account for whatever reason, you can notify a mod using that field and we'll sort you out without someone having to be your proxy. Very Happy

---Report out our mistackes plz---
Because we're not perfect, you might find the odd thread in the wrong subforum for a while. If this is the case, please click the triangle-shaped button in the top right of the post and select 'Topic in Wrong Forum', and in the explanation field tell us which forum you think it should be in. That'll let the mods know something is wrong and we'll fix it ASAP!

---Are we forgetting an awesome thread?---
Graveyard threads will be deleted in two weeks unless you've got a good reason they shouldn't be. If you want to keep one, report the thread in question as 'Topic in wrong forum' with the reasons you think it should stay, and a mod will check it over.
