Anyways, anybody ready for H!ACP?

So. I was thinking it should be done during the armageddon weekend - that way people traveling up from other places other than auckland can come C:
It wouldn't exactly be halloween but its near enough 8D

The problem is, when and where.
Friday? Saturday? Sunday? Monday?
Late afternoon, night?

Another problem would convenience of location.
I could hold the party at my gym - but it will only be available on sunday and maybe saturday. My family's gym can probably hold 30-50 people. IDK. Maybe more. XD;
Its also near the Avondale train station - from britomart transport station you can go straight to the Avondale train stop via the western line.

Or we could get a hall for hire somewhere... im not too sure we can in the city though :/

So. Suggestions on place and date/time 8D

Then us organisers shall prepare the rest.... if they're willing ^^;
