Try Bread rolls. Or just buy a molded bra with a huge cup size so it doesn't matter what you put in it.

Each year at my Hall of Residence in Dunedin we had a drag queen night. My friend entered and won with jelly filled [water] balloons (depending on the size you want) and stilettos. :) Just remember to warm them up a bit to body temp before attempting to put them in your bra - it was very interesting to see his reaction when he put them on straight out of the fridge!

My art teacher once made a set for a "The LumberJack Song" skit and I believe they were just cotton circles very firmly stuffed and closed up with a bobbly thing for a nipple. Apparently they were rather prodable, but I doubt that would stand up to thorough groping.

Otherwise jelly/custard/pudding seems the way to go. Except I would say don't mix it as the instructions say. You want it more solid, because as soon as that jelly/custard/pudding warms up, it'll melt. And don't use milk, use water in the case of custard and pudding. Easier to clean if they burst.

I remember reading in a book once that a girl used soup in a balloon...However some guy did squeeze it and it went everywhere >.>

You can also get heavier weight balloons aswell. I have no idea where to get them from, but the heavier weight like they use on hacky sacks, and stress balls etc.

At market day everyear, they have stress balls,balloons usually filled with flour. They are firmish, but squish-able. And flour you can probably just brush off if it bursts~

I was just reading through the Curves For Men thread because I'm aiming to do a Fujin cosplay next year... The idea of a corset + stuffing'd work, however, any ideas on where to get a corset? ^^;

If it's covered by Fujin's clothes anyway, I can see it working rather well...
